Calf housing

Calf Care System
Young calves are vulnerable because of their low resistance. That is why it is necessary to provide calves with the best care from day one for healthy growth. The Calf Care System offers dairy farmers the ideal solution to provide calves with optimal living conditions during the first months of their lives.
Our Calf Care System is flexible and suitable for mobile housing as well as new and existing barns. With its modular design and customised components, the system can be fully adapted to the unique needs and circumstances of your business.
Calf Clean System
The Calf Clean System is an emission-reducing barn system for veal calves. The system provides direct separation of manure and urine, with the urine continuously draining into a sealed urine pit and the manure being regularly slid away with a manure slide into a sealed manure pit. The Calf Clean System is flexible in use and suitable for both existing and new stables. With its modular design and customised components, the system can be fully adapted to the unique needs and circumstances of your business.
Calf Manager System
The Calf Manager System (CMS) is under development as an extension to the Calf Clean System (CCS) and provides farm optimisation and more efficient use of the CCS. The CMS provides a dashboard with real-time data on emissions, barn climate, feed intake. Complementing it is a self-learning AI system. This helps detect abnormal behaviour of calves early, contributing to improved animal welfare and health. Together, the CCS and CMS ensure a controllable barn, a better environment for people and animals and a smaller ecological footprint.
Welfare floors
For the optimal welfare of your calves, G. van Beek en Zn. has a wide range of rubber welfare floors. Together with Easyfix, we introduced Topfloors to the veal sector. In addition, we are a supplier of Kraiburg, I.C.E. Green Flag and Comfiflor C2. With these different types, we can provide wooden and concrete slatted floors with a rubber top layer. This top layer gives your calves more comfort and improves animal welfare.
Airflow Doors
Sufficient light and air in your barn are important for a healthy environment. That is why we developed Airflow Doors: custom-made doors to dose the air supply, regulate air flows and prevent draughts. Our Airflow Doors are a great addition to your barn's ventilation system. They are available in three variants: sliding, hinged and fixed doors, and are suitable for both existing and new stables. Besides Airflow Doors, we also offer high-quality sliding doors and interior doors made of aluminium, stainless steel and/or plastic.
